Unveiling the Kia EV3 Concept Car: A Sneak Peek!

Kia recently unveiled its latest vehicle, the EV3! This fully electric car uses the innovative technology from the EV9 and brings it to the compact SUV segment! This EV will enhance accessibility and accelerate Kia’s sustainability plans.

“The EV3 embodies our design philosophy perfectly – a combination of playful design combined with thoughtful functionality,” said Executive Vice President and Head of Kia Global Design Karim Habib. “Though compact, the inspiring exterior envelops an open interior space that emphasizes restorative relaxation for every journey.”

Design

The exterior is bold and progressive. Its robust and purposeful characteristics showcase a dynamic silhouette, allowing it to stand above the competition.

Inside the EV3

This all-new vehicle seats up to five, maximizing passenger and cargo room for a functional and comfortable ride. Kia states that this new car will have the power to move millions to the EV era.

“Its future-facing aesthetic is further emboldened by the choice of daring colors; inside, the spacious cabin and the incorporation of new organic materials express a youthful sense of energy and playfulness,” said Habib.

Electric Power

The EV3 will have a best-in-class driving range of about 372 miles and can charge from 10% to 80% in 31 minutes. It has an 81.4kWh battery capacity and an innovative aerodynamic design, along with a full 3D undercover.

“The Kia EV3 has been designed and engineered to meet the needs of customers who want a car that matches their sustainability values but do not want to compromise their practical everyday needs,” said Vice President and Head of Global Business Planning Spencer Cho.
